New office building Routz at Echt

Description             

It concerns a new construction of an office building with 5 floors above ground in a completely prefabricated concrete shell.

The design and construction took place in a construction team with Archion Bouwmeesters & Architects and Cordeel Geelen.

Within this project, SKS Group had the role of main structural engineer, but also fully developed the precast concrete shell into production drawings including (detailed) calculations for the manufacturer. As a result, the process went very smoothly and it was possible to switch quickly between the main supporting structure and detailed engineering.
